    Yes. Authentication is required with your mobile phone number.

    An ID with the same name exists. Please use ID/Password Finder.

  3. 13Q.Where and how do I link Kakao login?

    It is available on My Page. Only IDs that have been authenticated can be linked, and there must be no existing Kakao ID.

    Facebook login integration is not supported.

    Only one ID is available for authentication. After withdrawing from the verified ID, please re-register and proceed with self-authentication.

    1. Please check by following the steps below.
    2. - Please check your account information again by using Find ID or Find Password.
    3. - If you have not logged in for the past year, you will be automatically logged in for safe personal information management in accordance with the Information and Communications Network Act.
    4. - If you want to use it again, please sign up with a new ID. (IDs that have been withdrawn for privacy protection cannot be reused)
  8. 8Q.An error occurred on the homepage (security related)

    If an error occurs on the homepage, please follow the procedure below.

    1. ① First, close all open Internet windows.
    2. ② Delete all "Search History" from "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "General" at the top of the Internet window. (Delete all cookies, files and offline items)
    3. ③ If you are using Windows Vista, uncheck "Enable Protected Mode" in "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Security".
    4. ※ Windows confirmation can be found by clicking "Start" at the bottom left of the screen.
    5. ④ If you are using Windows 7, set "Custom Settings" to "Medium" in "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Security".
    6. ⑤ If the error is still not resolved, click "Reset" in "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Advanced". However, keep in mind that all previously installed ActiveX will be deleted when performing "reset".

    In places where installation of security programs is prohibited or where firewalls are strict, such as corporate offices, computer rooms, and PC rooms, Please try with another PC as the error may not be resolved.

    If a program that can adversely affect you, such as the Tool Bar, is installed, delete it

    3. When entering, 1 and l, 0 and o, etc. can be confusing, so do not enter them directly.
    4. Please enter through Ctrl+C (copy) → Ctrl+V (paste) without spaces.

  15. 1Q.How to change the size of the photo to be uploaded when signing up for a subscription?

    1. ① Prepare a photo without a background that can be used as an ID photo.
    2. ② Run "Start" > "Programs" > "Accessories" > "Paint" at the bottom left of the screen.
    3. ③ Open the prepared photo from "File > Open".
    4. ④ After selecting the face part with "Select", "Edit" > "Copy" > "File" > "New" > "Edit > "Paste" > "File" > "Save As"
