Homebridge User Agreement Amendment Notice (2023.05.26)

We would like to thank our customers for using Homebridge. From May 26, 2023 [Homebridge Terms of Use] Please note that we will inform you that it has been revised.

Before revision Article 2 Definition of Terms
The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows.
  1. 1. Home Bridge: Cabin Hostel Main Building, Cabin Hostel New Building.
  2. 2. User: Refers to a person who uses a guest room of Homebridge.
  3. 3. Homepage: Refers to the homepage of the company that contains Homebridge usage information (room reservation, usage guide, etc.).
  4. 4. Room charge: Refers to the room charge per night for each type of home bridge.
  5. 5. Reservation fee: Refers to the total amount of the room fee paid in advance by the user to guarantee the use of the room at Homebridge.
  6. 6. Peak season: refers to the period from the 1st weekend in July to the 4th weekend in August.
Article 4 Reservation and Cancellation
  1. 6. If a user cancels their reservation by the day before the scheduled visit date, they can cancel without penalty. If a user cancels on the scheduled visit date or does not visit on the scheduled visit date, the company refunds the reservation fee after deducting 20% of the reservation fee.

Before revision Article 6 Use related matters

In order to promote the safety of users and maintain publicity, users must comply with the usage rules in each of the following subparagraphs.

  1. 1. For a safe and pleasant environment
    1. A. In order to maintain a pleasant and clean environment and prevent fires, food that may cause disgust to other users or interfere with the business of the company (for example, food that is heated or cooked using a fire such as a burner) Bringing in or using burners is prohibited.
    2. B. Intake of brought food must be done in a place designated by the company (picnic area, etc.) to maintain a clean environment, and damage to other users and the company must not be violated.
    3. C.       • * Skateboard, inline, kickboard, bicycle
      • * Pets such as dogs, cats, and birds (except guide dogs for the visually impaired)
      • * Hazardous materials such as burners that heat or cook food
      • * Handcart
      • * Mats (except for cushions for one person), folding picnic chairs
      • * Knives (knives), sickles, nails, lumber, explosives, etc.
    5. E. The following acts are prohibited:
      • * Using a selfie stick at an attraction you are riding
      • * Sales and display of goods
      • * Flyer distribution
      • * Rallies and speeches
      • * Taking pictures of company facilities or other users for commercial purposes without prior permission
      • * Commercial use of assets such as company facilities or taking photos, videos, Internet personal broadcasting, live broadcasting, etc. that are likely to cause inconvenience to other users or infringe portrait rights (only possible with prior permission)
