In order to have a more positive experience in the
Everland space through the Everland app, an app
renewal design was carried out.
The offline experience of Everlander in Everland
has been improved. Among them, the home screen,
lenichance, queue and map were designed
with a focus.

How to use Everland
For safe and enjoyable use, the following items are restricted.
- Burner/Mat (excluding cushions for one person)/Pets (excluding guide dogs)
- Small boarding devices such as bicycles/inline/kickboards, radio-controlled boarding devices
Please refrain from actions that may cause harm to other guests.
- Destroying the lawn or flower garden, or standing in line in an illegal way in the waiting line
- Loud singing, extreme behavior, using attractions after drinking, lying on a bench, etc.
- Smoking is allowed only in areas marked as smoking areas.
Please use the packed lunch you brought in at the picnic area.
- Boxed lunches are not allowed in the restaurant or on the outdoor terrace.
- Please refer to the on-site guidebook for the picnic area.

Please refrain from feeding the animals or taking pictures with the flash on.

Please refrain from carrying children on their shoulders as it is dangerous.

Tips for using attractions
- Please lock the safety device correctly in the designated seat and use it in the correct posture.
- Please do not carry items that are easy to fall on board.
- Please refrain from dangerous actions such as filming and eating while on board.
- Please observe the passenger safety standards according to the passenger's health condition.
- For the safety of customers and animals, the use of assistance dogs may be restricted at some attractions and some zoo facilities.
Guidelines for implementing smart queues
- When using a model equipped with smart queue, after applying for smart queue at the facility in the Everland App Available at the reserved time.
Information on implementation of boarding reservation system for the disabled
- In order to help some disabled customers who have difficulty standing in line for a long time, we are implementing the 'boarding reservation system for the disabled'. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Disabled Boarding Reservation System

How to use

  1. ① At the customer consultation room at the front gate, identification (welfare card for the disabled) and Receive a boarding reservation card after filling out the application form * For information on available attractions and reservation time for boarding
  2. ② Arrive at an available attraction and reserve a boarding time * The worker applies the same waiting time as the current waiting time, Write the boarding reservation time on the card
  3. ③ Until the reserved boarding time, use of restaurants, rest areas, and toilets; Wait comfortably in a different place you want, such as viewing
  4. ④ Present your boarding reservation card at the reserved attraction boarding time. Present it to the worker and board
